who we are.

Nauset Media is led by Lukas and Eleni — a husband and wife team with 14 years of real estate photography on Cape Cod. Not as a side project. Not between other gigs. This is what we do, all day, every day. Every shoot, every edit, every delivered gallery has our names on it, and we take that personally.

We started with a simple belief: Cape Cod listings deserve better than mediocre photos. The Cape attracts buyers from across the country for a reason — the light, the architecture, the landscapes. Bad real estate photography doesn’t just fail to capture it. It actively works against you. Frankly, it offends us a little.

So we built something different. A full-service real estate media company — photography, video, drone, 3D tours, floor plans — run by people who are obsessive about quality and genuinely invested in the success of every listing we touch. what makes us different.

We’re full-time. Most photographers on the Cape are doing this on weekends or between other work. We’re not. Real estate media is all we do, and that focus shows in the work.

We’re partners, not vendors. We know when the lights should be on, when the staging needs adjusting, and how to position a room to make it sell. We’re not shy about saying so — because our name is on those photos too. Agents who work with us know they’re getting a collaborator, not just someone with a camera.

We’re local, and that matters. Lukas grew up on the Cape. We know the light, the seasons, the neighborhoods. We know what out-of-state buyers are looking for before they even walk through the door, and we shoot accordingly.

Founder & Principal Photographer

Lukas grew up on Cape Cod and has spent 14 years photographing its homes — oceanfront estates, captain’s houses, new-builds, and everything in between. He’s FAA Part 107 drone-certified and Zillow-Certified for 3D tours, and personally shoots Nauset Media’s flagship luxury work. A crooked horizon genuinely bothers him. Off the clock, he’s outside: hiking, on the water, or in motion.

Eleni

Photographer

Before joining Nauset Media, Eleni spent years working in marketing at agencies — which means she thinks about listing photos the way a marketing director would. She sees the full picture: what will stop a scroll, what tells a story, what makes a buyer pick up the phone. Lukas also keeps up with her on every adventure, which should tell you something.

Julia is a wash ashore, but the Cape got her good. She spent summers here, fell hard for it, and eventually made it permanent. The beach isn’t just where Julia spends her free time — it’s her whole personality. She brings that warmth and ease to every shoot.
